I heard somewhere there was an app that could be downloaded to listen and translate, but don't know first hand. You might be able to load on mobile device and listen/translate while chatting on another device, but don't think could do both on same device.. Kinda like YouTube video and Twitter at same time.. not gonna happen. JMHO

just did G**gle search, found Vocre Translation app. Maybe worth checking into. Let me know how it goes, I might try it myself if works well.
